**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Manufacturing Controller to join our team in Dallas. The Manufacturing Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations within the manufacturing department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (MBA or CPA preferred)
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in ERP and financial software

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise all financial aspects of the manufacturing department
- Develop and maintain budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
- Oversee inventory management and costing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial efficiency and profitability
